Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it is immediately sent for processing.
However, if you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the item has not yet been shipped.

To cancel your order:
• Visit our Contact Us page and submit your cancellation request.
• Include your order number, registered email, and reason for cancellation.

Please Note:
If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancelled by us. In such cases, you may wait until delivery and request a return or refund as per our return guidelines.

💰 2. Refund Policy

At Somvanshi Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Therefore, we offer refunds only under specific conditions:

You will be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
You received a defective or damaged product.
The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.
Your order was cancelled before shipment.

In case of refund approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds for prepaid transactions are processed through our secure payment partner Razorpay, in accordance with their refund policy

If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for a valid return:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Original tags, labels, and invoice must be included.
• Damage caused by misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return or refund.

Moreover, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or SMS about the status of your refund or replacement.

Certain categories are non-refundable, including:
• Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Gift cards and discount coupons

Furthermore, any shipping or COD charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.

• We will arrange for a return pickup or issue a replacement/refund based on your choice.

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
• Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking)
• Bank Transfer (in case of COD returns)
