    • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In that case, we will contact you through email or phone.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply depending on your location.
    • Estimated delivery time within India is 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery address and courier service.
    • Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, courier strikes, or national holidays).

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing a tracking ID and a direct link to track your package.
    • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active on the courier’s system.
    • You can also track your order anytime from the “My Orders” section on our website.

    • We currently ship all over India.
    • International shipping is not available at the moment, but we plan to launch it soon.
    • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
